Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition as received.
    • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Gift cards and digital products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), Thenixa will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
